Sheikh Salih Al-Maghamsi, The relation between Jinn and Humans

Jinn are some of the creation of Allah.. They are like humans on having obligations and duties to do And they share with Angels a specific character… We can’t see Angels or Jinn.. ” Indeed, he sees you, he and his tribe, from where you do not see them.” And Angles has no obligations like that of Jinn and Humans So, they share with us one aspect,, and they share with Angles another aspect. Allah, Almighty.. spoke to Humans and Jinn so many times in Qur’an… Especially in surat Al-Rahman.. “So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?” It was narrated that the prophet SAW had read this surah to the Jinn.. And they said: ‘ we do not deny any of the verses of our Lord..’ So, the world of Jinn is a fact..a reality.. No one can deny their existence.. Allah, Almighty says: “And [mention, O Muhammad], when We directed to you a few of the jinn,” “listening to the Qur’an.” “Say, [O Muhammad], “It has been revealed to me that a group of the jinn listened and said, ‘Indeed, we have heard an amazing Qur’an.” And Allah, Almighty says: “Untouched before them by man or jinni ” But, we must not go far in the evaluation of this relation between Jinn and Humans.. Allah didn’t give anyone complete dominance or power over others.. So, no one can make this an excuse! Because, if anyone of them has complete control of anyone else.. Then that other would make this as an excuse in front of Allah. Shaytan will say at the Day of Resurrection… “But I had no authority over you” And Allah, Almighty said in His Great Book, about His honored servants. “Indeed, My servants – no authority will you have over them,” ” And sufficient is your Lord as Disposer of affairs.” And Shaytan tells about his limitation of power by saying: “But I had no authority over you” “except that I invited you, and you responded to me. ” ” So do not blame me; but blame yourselves.” The point which I want to make clear is that.. There are acceptable facts about Jinn.. Other things are closer to myths or tales… they are like superstition stories..we can’t believe them.. For example.. The Arabs in the past claimed that Arabs are not capable or familiar with poetry So, they obtain it from Jinn. This is an acceptable idea to a limited extent.. But they went so far claiming that every poet has his own Shayan who.. tells him what to say to people!
