Successfully Contact Your Spirit Guide(s) Guided Meditation

Welcome We are going to begin by finding a comfortable
sitting or lying position for your body. Place your body, adjust your legs and arms
in a way that it is the most comfortable and in which you can breathe easily and naturally. Softly close your eyes and let all of the
muscles of the eyes to switch off and rest. Pull your focus onto your breath. As you inhale and exhale, do so generously. Relax your neck, the back of your head, the
top of your head. Relax your forehead; soften the skin around
your temples. Make your lips heavy, unhinge your jaw; let
your tongue drop from the roof of your mouth. Breathe into your lungs in full capacity and
as you exhale let your breath escape out of your chest completely. Funnel your breath through your nose into
your chest and belly. Notice how on your inhale you are elevating
your chest upward. On your next exhale, go ahead and release
the breath out of your whole body. Through breathing and releasing we are learning
to store less resistance, less information and in return you are allowing for your inner,
intuitive being to take over. Melt your shoulders down; let your arms become
heavy. Imagine a light switch down your back – now
turn the switch off, let your spine and your whole back to be non-involved, sinking over
and into the ground. Reach your breath into the pelvis and into
the hips. As you breathe imagine breathing into each
pore of your skin, into your muscles, all of the tendons, joints and bones. When you exhale, take a full cleansing breath
out. Let your conscious breathing become the process
in which you deliberately let yourself go, let it be the process where you break the
tendency to hold, to control, to expect and to sustain. This is the time to invite lightness, nothingness
and to become engulfed in this nothingness, where you just let yourself BE as you ARE. As you breathe find yourself realizing that
YOU simply ARE, that that is ENOUGH and that BEING is the only requirement that is needed
for you to make a connection with the Spirit during this meditation. Release any contractions in your legs and
feet. In slow motion send the breath in and through
from your hips right down into your toes and especially into the tips of your toes. See the oxygen traveling into your nose, into
your lungs and reaching into your blood stream and being carried through the whole body and
after the process of the immediate nourishment exhale it all out. Surrender your whole body to gravity. It’s the Earth’s deep longing to hold you. Give in, let go, and be held. With each moment and each breath you are becoming
soft, gentle and open. Become as soft as you can. Embody the softness by releasing any energy
that is not part of this soft experience. If you experience eruptions of other sensations
or emotions, just let it be, it’s just a byproduct of stored emotions in your body. Just let it be what it is and focus on the
embodiment of being soft. You can imagine yourself being as soft as
a feather, teddy bear or a kitten. You are soft. Your breath is gentle, your mind is light. Your whole world is turning soft and gentle. Now
picture arriving yourself in a beautiful place, anywhere at all, some place where you would
really enjoy being right now. The conditions that surround you are simply
supreme – your favourite temperature, ideal light that your eyes enjoy, you are seeing
the most beautiful elements that you can and want to appreciate, and your body feels at
one and at ease with the surroundings you are in right now. I want you to relish in these perfect surroundings
for a couple of minutes and relax in this paramount place you are choosing to be in
and where your breath continues to soothe and relax you. Turn your inner vision to your right and notice
a large, comfortable seat with a nightstand beside it. This cosy seat has really soft, big cushions
and the most comfortable blanket placed on it just for you. Imagine yourself getting snug on this seat
and if you like use the imaginary blanket and cushions to really let yourself get cosy
and comfortable. Now see yourself looking over at the nightstand
where you will find a telephone. The telephone is hard not to notice as it
is glowing with golden and white lights. Imagine this telephone to be whatever type
and shape that resonates with you the most in this moment. This IS your personal tool to connect with
the Spirit and you ARE the creator of this connection. You are an ocean of consciousness and your
intentions are like drops of water that you drop into your ocean. Powered up with your emotions these intentions
create your reality. Consciously or unconsciously you release many
of these drops, intentions into your ocean. In this moment let’92s prepare to drop a
focused, concentrated drop into your ocean and let the intention be carried through the
waters of your consciousness. Let your emotions to be one of love and trust. And let all your connections you make to be
of same. Gaze in between your eyebrows with your eyes
softly closed, feel the lightness of your heart and make an intention to connect with
the Spirit for your benefit, make an intention to only connect with those who love you and
care for you whether you know them or not. Go ahead; drop that intention into the waters
of your ocean… Not yet but in a few seconds I want you to
see your hand reaching out towards the telephone and dialling numbers to call the Spirit 11-
17- 11- 17. After the signal beep three times and in your
mind you will say ‘hello’ whilst keeping your awareness open, your mind relaxed and allowing
for the communication flow in the form of thoughts, feelings, pictures, physical sensations
and scent. So get ready and make that call to the other
side and connect with those who love you and are waiting to communicate with you. Get ready and dial the numbers 11-17-11-17
now. I want you to come back to your physical body
and sensations within you and outside of you. In your mind please express your final thoughts
and your gratitude to the Spirit and prepare to bring your communication to a close. Please hang up the phone gently when you are
ready. Think of your favourite moment from this connection
today. Place this loving memory in your heart space
and please know that you are always connected to LOVE and CARE and that all you have to
do is to be willing to drop an intention into your ocean and to be open for another experience
of connection. Notice your breath, your solid companion through
this meditation and all of your present life. Feel the lightness of your mind, your toes,
your heart and your Spirit. Notice how much more peace you brought into
this present moment. You did it so well and I shall leave you to
end or start your day with this peaceful feeling and with the knowing that you can have this
connection at any time you choose to have it again. Thank you and until next time
