Tom Buckmaster DEBUNKED! – Ghost Box, EMF Meter, Paranormal Activity

Tom Buckmaster DEBUNKED! – Ghost Box, EMF Meter, Paranormal Activity

What’s up guys I’m the Duck of Truth and
today I’m going to talk about Tom Buckmaster. Several people have told
me to check him out. They tell me that he’s one of the most credible paranormal
investigators out there. So I figured let’s see if we can debunk this guy.
But first please leave a like below because i’m sure that a lot of
people will be upset because I’m challenging their beliefs. But honestly
i’m not sure… Why do you click on a video that challenges your beliefs if
you don’t want your beliefs to be challenged? It’s not like the title is like being
disingenuous or something. I’m not like “Are ghosts real?” I’m just
straight-up saying debunked Okay, let’s get into this. So the first
thing I did, naturally, was i type in Tom Buckmaster in the youtube search and
click on a video and I’m instantly greeted with “comments are disabled for
this video”. Now that’s not proof of anything of course. But people usually
don’t do that unless they have something to hide. Then i go to his channel and i
noticed his banner which says “new paranormal events every week”. I kind of
have a problem with that because paranormal events usually don’t happen
on a schedule if they happen then they are rare. Even if he is the most
haunted person on earth… Then why doesn’t he get some scientists
to set up some equipment in his house so we can have indisputable proof that
ghosts are real? If we did that the existence of ghosts would no longer be a
belief it would be science. There would be papers and books about it. There would be
studies on how ghosts interfere with our world. The existence of ghosts would be
taught in schools and Tom Buckmaster would be a billionaire for bringing this
to people’s attention but that’s not exactly happening is it? So yeah my first
impression of him is already raising some serious red flags. But after
watching a few of these videos he does seem to be completely different from the
videos we’ve covered so far. He doesn’t do the jump-scares, doesn’t add
a creepy soundtrack to make it scary. And he uses gadgets like an EMF meter
and a ghost box so people think oh wow he has hardware so that must mean that
it’s legitimate. So let’s take a look at the gadgets that uses. He uses an EMF meter or an
electromagnetic-field meter which basically measures things like
electrical wiring in your house, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, baby monitors, microwave ovens
and cell phone signals as long as it’s between certain frequencies it will pick
it up. But because it measures things that exist but cannot be seen by the
human eye ghost hunters tend to have this one in their arsenal as well. But all
you really have to do to fake a sighting with an EMF meter is just hold an
electrical device near it. For example under the stairs, on the other side of
the wall or just behind the camera. As long as it’s strong enough, it will pick
it up from a few meters away. But can it detect ghosts? I don’t know. All we really know is that
it does pick up a lot of manmade and natural electromagnetic fields. So it’s
not exactly the best gadget to detect ghosts. But I guess it’s the best we’ve got? Then he uses the ghost box which is…
It’s just not credible whatsoever. The fact that he uses that in my opinion
just removes any credibility that he had. A ghost box basically just
looks through a bunch of radio frequencies and briefly plays the ones
that are more clear. Now he actually shows the frequencies that it uses which
basically entirely discredits the whole thing. Ghost box: What I know. This one is a BBC Radio Shetland or Unity Radio Manchester. Ghost Box: ??? This one’s Ummah FM, BBC Cumbria, BBC Norfolk, BBC West Midlands, BRFM or a combination of those. You get the point right? This thing
literally just loops through radio stations’ broadcast frequencies. These aren’t ghosts these are literally
just radio stations. So the fact that he uses this thing at all just completely
removes any credibility in my opinion. I’ve done a few of these debunked videos in the past and I’ve come to realize that I’m just doing it wrong.
People aren’t going to believe me even if it’s the truth. Doesn’t matter. So I’m just going to go to the dark side.
my name is now Paranormal Scientist 69. And I’m gonna prove to you guys that ghosts are real. So I guess I need a backstory, right? Let’s see…
Five years ago a demon came to me. And he told me that he could give me the
ability to talk to spirits and give me untold riches in 10 years so that that’s
five years from now. So i figured why not. I’m already going to hell anyways. So I took the deal and i’m here to give you guys 100% proof that ghosts are real. I don’t know why I’m doing it. There’s no
reason and in that story to do it. But I’m gonna do it anyway because
demons exist and ghosts exist. Everything exists. So let’s contact some goddamn spirit shall we. So let’s start by using this Ghost Box app.
It will allow me to contact the spirits that are in this field. You might
be unaware but this is actually a haunted field. Millions of people have died here during
the battle of… I don’t know, world war 2 I live in Belgium so we were… Whatever.
Let’s, let’s ghosts. If there are any spirits with me right now please make
your presence known through this device. I would really appreciate it and please
don’t start throwing stuff at me. I would also app… Thank you. Let’s see if we can pick up some ghost activity. We’re already picking something up. Muchnew? Is that you Satan? Death. I think he said something about death. This is definitely an evil spirit guys. You want me to vote for Trump? I don’t even live in America. Without my knowledge the other camera picked this up during my Ghost Box session… Now i get that without really looking
into it that you see these gadgets and you think, oh wow this must be some some
very scientific stuff so it must be very legitimate. But now you know so stop believing
that these things actually detect ghosts. During my research I stumbled across an article by Paranormal Magazine that points out that
Tom Buckmasters’ Moving Ball video is fake. I’m surprised that they didn’t say
anything about the ghost box but sure. Here’s the video… And then they show these pictures where
you can actually see that a fishing wire is attached to the ball. Usually people who fake these sightings tend to edit the wires out with video editing
properly but I guess he just made a mistake here. By the way this is also the
same video where comments are disabled. Someone published an article saying that
it’s fake. So he just disabled the comments so people can’t expose it for what it is.
And even if you want to dismiss that by saying oh it’s just the lighting on the camera… and it’s a weird angle… whatever… No, I’m sorry it still doesn’t add up.
If you look at the ball, it rotates. So this means that he attached
the wire to the back or somewhere around the ball in order to hide it
better and when he pulls it the ball spins. And you know flies over to the door. So in conclusion, Tom Buckmaster is yet
another person that’s trying to cash out on fake ghost sightings. The only difference is that he’s got
some nice props and that his videos are not as entertaining as those by the
other people we’ve seen so far. At least they try to scare you and kind of make it into
a horror movie but this guy is just literally doing it to make people
believe that ghosts are real. That’s kind of scummy in my opinion
but hey that’s just my opinion. So yeah thanks for watching guys. Please
leave a like below and subscribe if you are new here for more videos like this.
And if you have any other credible paranormal videos that you want me to
debunk then please feel free to send them to me in the comments or via social
media and I might make a video about it. Thank you guys so much for watching and
I will see you next video!
